Pokwang’s daughter Malia is picking up some Filippino and English words, performing songs of Lady Gaga, BTS, Blackpink,…

Is Pokwang’s youngest daughter Malia a future star? We can say! Just listening to what her mom shared about her!

The wife of American actor Lee O-Brian revealed something she can see from her little daughter, something she called the ability of being an entertainer.

The Filippino comedienne shared in an online PEP.ph interview, “I really see her, she’s an entertainer,”

The proud mother proceeded to disclose that her daughter loves watching Youtube music channels and she definitely loves performing Lady Gaga songs:

“What is she, the … Seriously, he has [functions].

Isn’t that what she’s watching … Well, she has favorite YouTube channels for kids. She has a regular watch really. Like Blippy, Cocomelon. Those are ..

“She also has her own vlog. Our vlog. But, Lady Gaga? What is that?

“‘Besides, who sang,’ Ma-i-a hi, Ma-i-a ho, Ma-i-a ha ha … ‘”

The song mentioned by Pokwang is O-Zone’s 2003 song “Dragoste Din Tei which was sampled by T.I in 2008 for his single “Live Your Life” featuring Rihanna.
Pokwang added, “What is this kid singing about? It seems like she’s so far away from your age.”

Malia is not just a fan of Lady Gaga. She is really in love with dancing to songs of BTS, Sarah Geronimo, and Blackpink.

“‘Then when she heard those Blackpink-Blackpink, all of a sudden she was shaking. That’s it!

“Yes, Sarah Geronimo’s ‘Notes’ are over. Suddenly, ‘Hala lalalala …’

“Suddenly she has that. BTS, those are the ones he loves. Jusko po!”

In the same interview, the comedienne shared her joy of observing daughter Malia is learning English as she can now speak a little of English.

“We’re learning English. Of course, it’s because for his grandparents … So, we still have to continue her English.”

But Pokwang noted that they do teach Malia some Filipino words. One word Malia recently learned was “utot.”

“Our Tagalog to her, is just intermittent, like, ‘Ah, yes,’ like, ‘Then the’ eat. ‘ His latest today is, ‘Utot.’

“She’s cute when she mentions flatulence. When she hears you fart, ‘Ah! Flatulence ?!’ He’s like that, like that. ‘And’ hungry, ‘he knows that! ”

The 51-year-old wife and her American husband both agreed that their daughter Malia should learn English and Filippino before grabbing other languages like Japanese and Spanish.

“It’s hard to synchronize … because Papa is fluent in Spanish because he lived in Latin America, Ecuador for 10 years.

“The length of time he lived there, e. He was also there for ten years. So Dad wanted him to learn Spanish. E, I’m also fluent in Japanese, ‘Or what?’

“But I said, ‘Can we stick to one language first because the child might be confused? It might be confused.’”
