She Lost 89 Kilograms in 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing in Her Diet


2 years ago, this your woman weighted 150 kilograms and when she became pregnant at 17, she couldn’t control her weight anymore because it was growing so fast. Many doctors advised that if she doesn’t lose weight as soon as possible she will have less than a year to live.

Then, she chose to struggle for her life and make changes in the lifestyle. For that purpose, she started preparing and eating only healthy foods and snacks. Since she excluded all the foods rich in sugar and carbohydrates from her diet, she succeeded to lose even 89kg in a period of less than 18 months.
Here is her exceptionally effective diet:
Breakfast: two eggs, several slices of bacon, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes.
Lunch: a little piece of meat and boiled or baked potatoes spiced with chilly.
Snack: yoghurt or fruit.
Dinner: spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce
When she became 30 she couldn’t even walk because of pain in the back caused by excess weight. Now, the center for treatment of obese people gave her the title “Woman of the Year” and what is more important, she removed all the health issues and continued to live and work normally.
