This possum was originally found on the side of the road, and likely he would have not made it.
Way too small to fend for himself, or even take care of himself. And he had no mother in sight. Now here is one of those amazing stories where a different type of animal steps in and saves the day. For this little fellow, it was Hantu the dog who was his savior. Hantu basically adopted the opossum, caring for it just like it was a little puppy!
Inter-species friendships are the best! This has to be one of my favorites as you just wouldn’t think a dog and a possum would become buddies like this.
